Entry Level - Group Charter Sales Consultant (French - English - Arabic Speaker)

Eh bien, Air Charter Service est votre prochaine étape de carrière! Job Description Chez Air Charter Service, nos courtiers en affrètement aérien pilotent l'activité de location de jets privés pour des groupes de 19 passagers ou plus. Qu'il s'agisse de transporter une équipe de football vers son prochain match ou une équipe de tournage vers un lieu isolé, vous concevrez des solutions de vol sur mesure pour des clients aux quatre coins du monde. Dès votre arrivée, vous serez accompagné par un mentor qui travaillera en étroite collaboration avec vous durant vos dix premiers mois ; il vous aidera à vous familiariser avec le poste et le secteur, tout en vous permettant d'offrir un service dépassant toutes les attentes ! Les fonctions de conseiller en ventes de vols charters de groupe comprendront, sans s'y limiter :
- Rechercher et constituer votre propre portefeuille de clients potentiels
- Contacter des prospects par téléphone, e-mail et lors de réunions pour décrocher de nouveaux contrats
- Transformer les prospects en clients fidèles et réguliers
- Collaborer avec les compagnies aériennes pour sélectionner l'appareil le plus adapté à chaque affrètement de groupe
- Gérer les réservations, de la demande initiale jusqu'au départ du vol et au suivi après-vente
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs d'activité commerciale et de chiffre d'affaires
- Bâtir des relations à long terme en offrant un service d'excellence
- Superviser le départ des vols pour les clients clés lorsque cela est nécessaire
- Garder son calme sous la pression et trouver rapidement des solutions face aux imprévus
- Collaborer à l'échelle internationale avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service client
- Orientation client et capacité à établir des relations solides
- Maîtrise du français, de l'arabe et de l'anglais - indispensable
- Capacité à dépasser les objectifs
- Travailleur et flexible ; ce poste exige une grande flexibilité en matière d'horaires de travail
- Ambition et motivation personnelle pour évoluer vers des postes à plus grandes responsabilités
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Le souci du détail et une approche méticuleuse sont indispensables
- Une approche proactive de la résolution des problèmes et de la négociation
- Permis de conduire et passeport en cours de validité
- Une formation de 6 mois à Londres
- 25 jours de vacances par an, qui augmentent avec la durée du service
