Uw taken:
- Het verwerken van klantorders van begin tot eind in SAP
- Het beantwoorden van klantvragen telefonisch en schriftelijk
- Het volgen van leveringen, het afhandelen van klachten, retouren en creditnota's
- Het voorbereiden en verwerken van offertes op basis van prijslijsten
- Het bieden van administratieve ondersteuning aan het verkoopteam
- Het opvolgen van achterstallige facturen en debiteurendossiers
- Het registreren en bijhouden van opportuniteiten, cases en klantinformatie in Salesforce
- Actief bijdragen met ideeën voor verbeteringen van processen en de klantervaring
- Samenwerken met collega's van de klantenservice, verkoop en het internationale hoofdkantoor
Uw profiel:
Je vindt voldoening in het helpen van klanten en brengt graag structuur aan in een dynamische omgeving. Je communiceert effectief, werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt een helder overzicht bij het gelijktijdig behandelen van meerdere dossiers. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:
- Je hebt ervaring in klantenservice, sales support, internal sales of een gelijkaardige administratief-commerciële rol
- Je hebt ervaring met SAP, Salesforce en werken met Excel is voor jou kinderspel
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden
- Je bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht
- Je bent flexibel en voelt je comfortabel in een organisatie die in ontwikkeling en verandering is
- Je bent een teamspeler die graag samen resultaten behaalt
- Talen: vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans; Engels voldoende voor interne communicatie met het hoofdkantoor in Duitsland, elke extra taal (Duits) is een pluspunt

- Je werkt 37,5 uur per week en hebt 27 vakantiedagen; na de inwerkperiode heb je de mogelijkheid om tot 2 dagen per week thuis te werken en flexibele werktijden te hanteren
