Role Overview

A top-tier global manufacturer of heavy vehicles and commercial transport solutions is searching for a dedicated Customer Advisor for its hub in Ghent, Belgium. In this position, your primary focus is minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring seamless global logistics operations. Serving as the vital bridge connecting enterprise clients with lead engineering specialists, you will offer expert technical guidance, diagnostic support, and custom operational strategies to international fleet managers and service networks.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Serve as the central point of contact for high-priority inquiries across phone and enterprise channels, maintaining strict brand standards for safety and reliability.
• Complex Problem-Solving: Investigate complex operational bottlenecks to supply fast, data-backed solutions for international enterprise partners.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner directly with engineering, sales, and logistics teams to speed up case resolutions and maintain accurate software records.
• Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days onsite at the Ghent facility alongside one flexible work-from-home day each week.
• Fully Paid Onboarding: Complete a fully compensated starting training program. Prior mechanical or engineering background is not required; full technical training is provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
  • Bilingual Command: Fluent mastery of Czech and Lithuanian (both written and spoken), with the ability to transition seamlessly between both languages in professional contexts.
  • Business English: Minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) to work with internal software, write documentation, and communicate with global teams.
