Beschrijving van de functie
En tant qu' Accountant au sein d'une scale-up digitale en pleine croissance, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la comptabilité générale, la clôture mensuelle, le reporting financier et la conformité fiscale. Vous évoluez dans un environnement dynamique où l'innovation, la digitalisation et la prise d'initiative sont essentielles. En plus des tâches comptables classiques, vous participez à des projets stratégiques tels que l'automatisation, l'amélioration des systèmes comptables et des sujets complexes comme le transfer pricing .
Vos responsabilités principales :
- Soutien aux opérations comptables quotidiennes et préparation des rapports financiers.
- Préparation des clôtures mensuelles, réconciliations et analyses.
- Contribution aux calculs et déclarations TVA et impôt des sociétés.
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes Accounting & Controlling et les experts externes en France et aux Pays-Bas.
- Participation active aux audits externes et au processus de reporting vers les parties prenantes.
- Identification des risques financiers et construction de nouveaux processus.
- Participation à des projets de transformation digitale, automatisation et optimisation des systèmes comptables.
- Support aux analyses financières destinées aux investisseurs, institutions financières et autres stakeholders.
Jouw profiel
- 2 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité (Big Four, consulting, corporate ou environnement en forte croissance).
- Excellente maîtrise des Belgian GAAP ; connaissance IFRS et GAAP français/néerlandais est un atout.
- Expérience en obligations statutaires et fiscales (TVA, ISOC.).
- Solides compétences analytiques et communicationnelles.
- À l'aise avec Excel et les outils digitaux modernes (Notion, HubSpot, Airtable.).
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais + français ou néerlandais.
- Autonomie, esprit entrepreneurial, curiosité et volonté d'apprendre rapidement.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et exigeant, en équipe.
