Capex Projects Team Manager

Votre mission :
En tant que Capex Projects Team Manager , vous pilotez et délivrez l’ensemble du portefeuille de projets d’investissements industriels du site (5 à 15 M€/an), depuis les phases amont jusqu’à la mise en production.
Vous garantissez la réalisation des projets dans le respect du scope, des délais, du budget et des exigences GMP, tout en assurant une coordination transverse efficace et une gouvernance rigoureuse.
Vos responsabilités clé :
Pilotage stratégique & opérationnel
Définir et piloter la stratégie des projets Capex de bout en bout
Structurer les phases : concept, design, procurement, exécution, commissioning et handover
Assurer la gouvernance des projets (planning, risques, coûts, qualité)
Gestion de portefeuille & performance
Construire et maîtriser les budgets et forecasts Capex
Piloter les KPI et assurer un reporting clair et structuré
Garantir la gestion des risques (HAZOP, FMEA) et du change control
Coordination transverse
Collaborer étroitement avec Production, QA, EHS, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance
Animer les comités projets et instances décisionnelles
Assurer un alignement constant avec les parties prenantes
Excellence technique & conformité
Superviser les livrables engineering (URS, P&ID, spécifications, CQV…)
Garantir la conformité aux standards GMP, ISO et réglementations
Piloter les activités de Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV)
Management & leadership
Encadrer, développer et faire grandir une équipe d’experts (≈5 personnes)
Structurer les compétences, les priorités et les ressources
Instaurer une culture d’amélioration continue et de performance
Votre profil
Formation & expérience
Ingénieur civil ou industriel (ou équivalent)
Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets industriels en environnement GMP
Expérience confirmée en gestion de portefeuille Capex
Expérience en industrie pharmaceutique / biotech / chimique (API/peptides = atout majeur)
Expérience en management d’équipe
Compétences clés
Leadership et capacité à mobiliser des équipes pluridisciplinaires
Excellente maîtrise du project management complexe (multi-projets)
Forte capacité d’analyse, de priorisation et de prise de décision
Communication structurée et impactante (multi-niveaux)
Orientation résultats et résolution de problèmes
Langues
Français et anglais courants (oral et écri)
