Als Senior React Native Develope r werk je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van een internationale mobile product suite die dagelijks gebruikt wordt door duizenden users wereldwijd. Je neemt ownership over complexe features en technische verbeteringen en speelt een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van performance, schaalbaarheid en user experience van de applicaties.
Je werkt in een snelgroeiende omgeving waar mobiele oplossingen worden gebouwd bovenop grote Customer Experience platforms. Je denkt mee na over architectuur, technische keuzes en best practices, en werkt nauw samen met andere senior engineers, product managers en designers.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van bestaande mobile apps (iOS & Android) in React Native met focus op performance, schaalbaarheid en UX
- Ownership nemen over features van technische analyse tot implementatie, testing en release
- Meewerken aan architecturale beslissingen en technische strategie samen met senior peers
- Integreren van backend systemen en real-time services via REST en web services
- Verbeteren van app performance, stabiliteit en gebruikerservaring
- Oplossen van complexe bugs en production issues
- Actief bijdragen aan code quality, testing standaarden en CI/CD best practices
- Samenwerken in een agile team met developers, designers en product owners

JIJ
Jouw skills en ervaring:
- 5+ jaar ervaring in software development, met sterke focus op React Native in productieomgevingen
- Sterke kennis van JavaScript / TypeScript en moderne frontend development practices
- Ervaring met state management (Redux, React Query of gelijkaardig)
- Sterk inzicht in mobile performance optimalisatie en debugging
- Ervaring met REST APIs en asynchrone data flows
- Sterke probleemoplossende skills en oog voor code quality
- Vlotte kennis van Engels (Nederlands is een plus)
- NICE TO HAVE
- Ervaring met cloud platforms (AWS: Lambda, ECS, …)
- Kennis van VoIP / WebRTC
- Ervaring met CCaaS platforms zoals Genesys, Amazon Connect of NICE
- Ervaring met CI/CD pipelines voor mobile apps
