Graphic & Visual Design Intern (Brand Consistency) - Stage

Feedelity is growing fast, and our visual identity needs to keep up. We are looking for a designer to take our "visual infrastructure" to the next level.

Your goal? To ensure that whether someone sees a powerpoint, a LinkedIn carousel, or an advertisement, they immediately recognize the "Feedelity Style."

Your Responsibilities

• The Master Deck: You will design and build our "Master Slidedeck", a powerpoint template for our future presentations.
• Brand Alignment: You will ensure total visual consistency across all digital touchpoints (clean typography, consistent color palettes, and layout systems).
• Marketing Assets: You will create visual content for our website and digital advertisements.

Who are we looking for?

• You are currently studying  Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, Digital Marketing or a similar field.
• You are a master of layout and typography (you know that alignment and white space matter).
• You are proficient in tools like  Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop), Powerpoint, etc.
• You are organized and can create templates that others can easily use.
• You are ambitious, independent, and want to see your work used by major international brands.

Automated Guest Feedback Management

Problem:

Restaurant chains and businesses receive huge amounts of feedback scattered across multiple inboxes (email, social media, Google, delivery platforms). Responding is a burden and valuable insights are often lost, costing time and money with little return.

Solution:

Feedelity (i) centralizes feedback from all sources, (ii) automatically generates responses using AI in the brand’s tone and context, and (iii) extracts actionable data. It detects red flag alerts, routing tasks and complaints to the right people in the right locations immediately.

Result:

Improved reputation and Google ratings increase new customer conversion and decrease churn. Customer Care officers save time while strengthening relationships. Chains gain data-driven insights that link performance to KPIs and enable smarter decisions, closing the internal loop and improving collaboration between head office and local teams.
