Robert Half is opzoek naar een Office Coordinator (m/v/x) voor een job in regio Berchem .
Omdat het bedrijf groeit en de noden breder worden, creëren ze een nieuwe rol : iemand die het reilen en zeilen op kantoor organiseert en het team ondersteunt in een mix van office management, executive support, investeerderscommunicatie en eventorganisatie .
Office & Executive Support Agendabeheer en inplannen van meetings; Boeken van vluchten, hotels en logistieke ondersteuning; Mailboxbeheer en eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen; Up-to-date houden van interne lijsten, documenten en ID-gegevens; Contractadministratie en algemene backoffice-taken; Bonnetjes opladen en praktische HR-administratie. Events & Investor Relations Organiseren van kleine en grotere events (BE & buitenland); Uitnodigen en coördineren van sprekers; Contacten onderhouden met investeerders en beantwoorden van vragen; Voorbereiden van impact reports en marketingprocessen; Verslagen maken, follow-ups bewaken en deadlines opvolgen. Communicatie & Marketing Support Input aanleveren, opvolgen en coördineren van communicatieprojecten; Ondersteuning bij externe communicatie richting investeerders.Jouw profiel
Wie zoeken we? Ervaring & achtergrond enkele jaren ervaring in een ondersteunende rol Bachelor of Master is een plus, maar middelbaar met relevante ervaring is zeker welkom Achtergrond in administratie, office management, paralegal, marketing/communicatie of gelijkaardig Persoonlijkheid Positief, energiek en proactief; Sterk organisatorisch talent; Discreet, betrouwbaar en communicatief; Iemand die graag meedenkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en structuur brengt; Past in een informele, hardwerkende en ondernemende cultuur. Vaardigheden Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans is een plus; Sterk in MS Office; Ervaring met CRM-systemen is mooi meegenomen. Praktisch deeltijds of 4/5 (dag bespreekbaar); Thuiswerk is beperkt: minstens 3 dagen per week op kantoor (maandag & donderdag verplicht); Mogelijkheid tot freelance samenwerking (momenteel niemand in loondienst).Taalvaardigheden
