Wil je je commerciële vaardigheden ontwikkelen binnen een internationale omgeving waar je volop kansen krijgt om door te groeien? Dan is deze functie als Junior Sales Graduate in Machelen misschien wel jouw ideale eerste carrièrestap.
Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's. Zo leer je de logistieke sector, de commerciële processen en de verschillende aspecten van B2B-sales stap voor stap kennen.
Jouw takenpakket als Junior Sales Graduate: Actief op zoek gaat naar nieuwe potentiële klanten via telefonische en digitale prospectie; Bestaande en potentiële klanten contacteert en hun behoeften in kaart brengt; Commerciële opportuniteiten identificeert en omzet in concrete business; Een sterke relatie opbouwt met bestaande klanten en inzet op lange termijn klantenbehoud; Offertes en commerciële voorstellen opvolgt; Je klantenportefeuille systematisch beheert en verder uitbouwt; Samenwerkt met interne teams om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen; Je salesactiviteiten en resultaten opvolgt in het CRM-systeem; Je commerciële kennis en vaardigheden voortdurend verder ontwikkelt.Jouw profiel
Het ideale profiel als Junior Sales Graduate: Je bent een enthousiaste starter met een eerste diploma hoger onderwijs; Je hebt een sterke interesse in sales, business development en klantencontact; Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van prospectie; Je bent communicatief sterk en overtuigend; Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; Je bent resultaatgericht, proactief en niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen; Je werkt graag in een internationale en dynamische omgeving; Ervaring in sales is een plus, maar geen vereiste.Taalvaardigheden
