Job Overview


We're looking for an Email Marketing & Events Intern to join our Brussels-based team. You'll support the marketing of efficy CRM , our enterprise-grade solution for scaling and compliance-driven organisations, working across email campaigns, event coordination, and partner relations. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales colleagues and take ownership of real projects from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications
• Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data
• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
• Handle event logistics, including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications
• Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with
• Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools

Who you are

• Final-year Master's student (Business, Marketing, or Communications), or equivalent internship experience
• Available for 6 months with a university agreement
• Curious about email marketing, events, and B2B
• Detail-oriented and data-driven
• Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-powered platforms
• Native level of French
• Full professional fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
