We are seeking skilled Data Engineers for a hybrid Brussels engagement within the financial technology sector. The role focuses on delivering big data platform implementations and requires hands-on experience with:
- Data modeling
- Batch/ETL processing
- Big data technologies: Spark, PySpark, Databricks
- Azure cloud technology stack
Key Details:
- English fluency is sufficient (no French/Dutch required)
- Hybrid Brussels location preferred, with possibility for full remote
- Estimated start: June / July
- Expected engagement: 6+ months initial (likely extensions)
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize data pipelines and data sets
- Collaborate with data stream leads and tech teams to deliver on project requirements
- Leverage Azure and big data toolsets to deliver scalable solutions
- Deliver high-quality data models and ETL processes for analytics implementations
