Als b usiness developer ben je zowel actief op de binnendienst als buitendienst. D.m.v. warme en lauwe leads ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van het klantenbestandJe takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Actieve prospectie en acquisitie van nieuwe B2B klanten
- Cross-selling van aanvullende diensten aan bestaande klanten
- Het bezoeken van klanten en prospects
- Het identificeren van de behoeften van de klant en het bieden van een passende oplossing
- Offertes opstellen in samenwerking met de commerciële dienst
- Het opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties
- De correcte administratieve opvolging in orde brengen

- Je werkt 37.5u/week waardoor je recht hebt op ADV dagen
- Er zijn ook 6 extra vakantiedagen in de vorm van sectordagen en via het cafetariaplan kan je ook meer verlof krijgen; ook onbetaald verlof is altijd mogelijk
- Bij opstart word je ondergedompeld in het bedrijf en mag je op alle afdelingen ervaring gaan opdoen zodat je ook de kans krijgt om al jouw collega's te leren kennen
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Frans
- Ervaring binnen sales in een B2B omgeving
- Je bent een geboren netwerker met eventueel al een bestaand netwerk in verschillende sectoren
- Je bent een echte kameleon die kan samenzitten met alle afdelingen en alle profielen: aankoop, facility, operationeel, middelmanagement
- Je hebt een sterk commercieel inzicht en gaat steeds voor een duurzame aanpak en samenwerking: geen quick wins
- Een langdurige verkoopcyclus brengt je niet van de wijs
- Je krijgt energie van prospectie en het binnenhalen van klanten
- Je hebt een flinke portie ambitie waarmee je graag targets nastreeft
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B

Onze klant te Mechelen is een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het digitaliseren, beheren en archiveren van documenten en informatie voor bedrijven en organisaties. Ze bieden op maat gemaakte oplossingen en diensten aan op het gebied van documentmanagement, archivering, workflowautomatisering en meer. Onze klant heeft ook expertise in het veilig bewaren en beheren van fysieke documenten en archieven.Momenteel zijn ze ter uitbreiding op zoek naar een Business developer (Digital) Archiving Solutions .
