Entreprise active dans le secteur des services financiers, offrant un accompagnement personnalisé à une clientèle exigeante, recherche un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Administration Clients pour renforcer son équipe à Bruxelles. L'environnement de travail est professionnel, collaboratif et orienté service.
Responsabilités principales
- Assurer un support administratif complet aux gestionnaires de clientèle
- Gérer les agendas, organiser les réunions et coordonner la logistique
- Filtrer et gérer les appels, emails et courriers
- Accueillir les visiteurs et assurer un service client de qualité
- Gérer et mettre à jour les bases de données clients (création, suivi, conformité)
- Participer aux tâchesback-office :
- Ouverture de comptes
- Suivi des opérations financières et administratives
- Préparer des présentations, rapports et documents internes
- Organiser et maintenir les systèmes d'archivage
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour garantir un service optimal
Profil recherché
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en administration, assistanat ou back-office
- Excellente maîtrise du français (obligatoire)
- Connaissances de base en anglais
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et sens des priorités
- Rigueur, sens du détail et fiabilité
- Bon relationnel et orientation service client
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant en équipe
