Wat als jij met je analytisch talent slimme procurement-oplossingen kon ontwikkelen?

Als Business Analist Procurement Excellence zorg jij ervoor dat onze procurement-processen in SAP en Coupa soepeler, sneller en beter lopen. Je helpt mee met het doorvoeren van slimme verbeteringen en digitale vernieuwingen binnen onze Procurement-afdeling. Zo ben jij de schakel tussen business en IT: je vertaalt wensen in praktische oplossingen en pakt problemen efficiënt aan.

Jouw werklocatie : ons hoofdkantoor in Brussel (Phoenix-gebouw).

Wat ga je doen?

analyseren en optimaliseren van procurement-processen in SAP en Coupa
ondersteunen van strategische initiatieven op het gebied van Procurement Excellence
fungeren als key user en aanspreekpunt voor SAP MM en Coupa, inclusief ondersteuning bij 2 e lijns-incidenten
vertalen van business requirements naar functionele specificaties
ondersteunen bij change management en gebruikersopleidingen
rapporteren over KPI's en procesprestaties
ad hoc rapportering en screening van het systeem bij vaststelling van anomalieën

Jouw profiel

Wat breng je mee?

bij voorkeur masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, economie, ingenieur, IT of een gerelateerd vakgebied
minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen procurement of supply chain
grondige kennis van SAP (MM-module) en Coupa
interesse voor en eerste ervaringen met AI-oplossingen
sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en change management
proactieve houding en een oplossingsgerichte mindset
sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands of Frans en Engels
