Data speelt hierbij een cruciale rol en wordt beschouwd als een belangrijke hefboom voor verdere groei, optimalisatie en innovatie. Om deze evolutie verder te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Teamlead Data Analytics.
Wat deze rol bijzonder maakt, is de unieke combinatie van teamcoaching, projectmanagement en inhoudelijke betrokkenheid. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar nog volop ruimte is om processen, teams en strategieën verder vorm te geven en waar jouw expertise een directe impact heeft op de verdere uitbouw van de data-organisatie.
Jobomschrijving:
Als data analytics lead stuur je een groeiend team aan van 5 dataspecialisten en werk je nauw samen met analisten, engineers en andere experts om databehoeften om te zetten in concrete oplossingen. Hierbij fungeer je als brug tussen business en data en werkt nauw samen met management en C-level stakeholders om prioriteiten te bepalen en data maximaal in te zetten.
Je combineert people management, projectmanagement en inhoudelijke expertise. Daarbij coach je jouw team in hun verdere ontwikkeling, bewaak je de kwaliteit van de opgeleverde analyses en zorg je ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Daarnaast neem je ownership over de analytics roadmap en stuur je verschillende data-initiatieven aan van concept tot implementatie. Je waakt hierbij over datakwaliteit, governance, security en budgetten, terwijl je continu zoekt naar opportuniteiten om processen, rapportering en besluitvorming verder te optimaliseren.
Profiel:
- Je hebt 5+ jaar ervaring in data-analyse, BI of datamanagement.
- Ervaring met peoplemanagement skills zijn een plus.
- Kennis van BI-tools zoals Power BI en SQL.
- Sterk in het uitrollen van een strategie binnen een organisatie, analyse en communicatie.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
