Context


The Group Tax department of the Indosuez Wealth Management Group, located within Bank Degroof Petercam, is currently offering a unique job opportunity as Transfer Pricing Specialist.


Reporting to the Head of Transfer Pricing, you will be focused on the Transfer Pricing (TP) strategy, assisting in its implementation and maintenance across the Group, among other International Corporate Tax subjects including the delivery of quality tax advisory and reporting services.



Your position


Your day-to-day activities may involve performing the following tasks:
• Assist in reviewing the group's Transfer Pricing policy by preparing or managing the preparation of financial and economic analyses and reviewing intragroup agreements ;
• Participate in functional interviews across the group's business divisions to ensure alignment between the group's transfer pricing policy with its actual value creation ;
• Participate in the review and manage the preparation of the group's transfer pricing documentation (Master File) and of the various local entities of the group (Local Files);
• Coordinate local finance teams and external tax advisors on Transfer Pricing matters ;
• Liaise with other tax teams within the Credit Agricole Group, and with the auditors and/or regulators on their transfer pricing requests ;
• Advise Finance and Business teams on the transfer pricing impacts of operational decisions.
• Provide transfer pricing advice for new intercompany transactions, reorganisations and new business models, in coordination with various teams.
• Intervene in external growth projects, particularly on post-acquisition integration on transfer pricing issues ;
• Participate in tax defense strategies and in the request and conclusion of various agreements with Tax Authorities in the countries where the group operates ;
• Perform technical monitoring of the main regulatory developments in transfer pricing (OECD and countries where the group operates) and ensure compliance in the different jurisdictions.



Your profile
• You have an outstanding academic background including a Master degree in (applied) economics, business administration, finance or risk management, business engineering or civil engineering, law or taxation or you are a post master student in (international) taxation;
• A first student job or internship experience in the financial sector or in the tax department of a multinational company is considered an asset;
• You are fluent in French and English, while any other EU languages are considered an asset;
• You have strong analytical and numerical skills;
• You are passionate about finance, taxation and/or business operations in general, and you have a strong interest in the financial sector;
• You enjoy working in a team with experienced colleagues around the world;
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
• You are familiar with the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and you are familiar with or are willing to be familiar with artificial intelligence technology that could facilitate your tasks;
• You are reliable, committed to excellence and integrity, and willing to maintain high professional standards.
