¿ Offrir un accueil chaleureux pour lancer une expérience mémorable pour les clients.
¿ Reconnaître les membres du IHG Rewards Club et les clients réguliers, en personne ou par téléphone.
¿ Prendre et gérer les réservations, proposer des options complémentaires (upselling) et informer les clients sur les moyens d'améliorer leur séjour.
¿ Gérer les paiements en espèces et par carte.
¿ Commencer chaque séjour dans les meilleures conditions enregistrant et en libérant rapidement les clients: vérifier les pièces d'identité, remettre les clés et contrôler les coffres-forts.
¿ Anticiper les besoins des clients: enregistrer et prendre en compte leurs préférences, gérer leurs messages, demandes, questions et préoccupations. ¿ Être un interlocuteur de confiance pour les clients, les aider pour tout, des problèmes de facture à des informations locales et faire appel à la direction si nécessaire.
¿ Maintenir la sécurité en tout temps: suivre les procédures de sécurité, signaler tout incident et porter l'équipement de protection nécessaire.
¿ Soigner son apparence et représenter fièrement la marque.
¿ Connaître en permanence les événements et activités prévues dans la journée.
¿ Répondre au téléphone rapidement et avec courtoisie.
¿ Résoudre les problèmes ou réclamations des clients en suivant les procédures appropriées de gestion des incidents.
¿ Participer à d'autres taches ponctuelles lorsque vos collègues ont besoin d'aide.
Profil
¿ Compétences en communication - les clients viendront vers vous avec des questions ou des compliments, vous devez donc être facile à aborder.
¿ Capacité à résoudre les problèmes - transformer les situations délicates en opportunités pour que chaque client garde un excellent souvenir de son séjour.
¿ Maîtrise de la langue locale - la connaissance d'autres langues est un atout, mais non obligatoire.
¿ Lecture, écriture et compétences informatiques - bonne maîtrise de la lecture, de l'écriture, des mathématiques de base et des outils informatiques.
¿ Flexibilité - travail de nuit, week-ends et jours fériés inclus.
¿ Formation - diplôme d'études secondaires requis. Un diplôme universitaire est un atout, mais non obligatoire.
¿ Expérience - idéalement au moins une année dans un poste de réception ou de service aux hôtes.
¿ Force physique - parfois, il sera nécessaire de soulever, pousser ou tirer des objets jusqu'à 23 kg, ce qui peut nécessiter de se pencher ou de s'agenouiller.
¿ Rémunération : Le salaire est fixé conformément aux barèmes en vigueur applicables aux étudiants et s'élève à 2.853,95€ brut par mois.
