Associate Clinical Project Manager

IQVIA seeks an Associate Clinical Project Manager to lead Local Study Teams in Belgium, overseeing clinical trial delivery at country level. The role encompasses site selection, regulatory submissions, budget management, monitoring coordination, and team leadership for Phase III oncology or respiratory studies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Local Study Team including CRAs and CSAs to deliver study commitments on time and within budget
- Identify and qualify clinical trial sites, assess quality risks, and conduct qualification visits
- Coordinate regulatory submissions to ethics committees and regulatory authorities
- Manage country-level study financials, budgets, and clinical study agreements
- Oversee monitoring activities from site activation through study closure and resolve escalated issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science or related discipline
- Minimum one year clinical project management experience at local level
- Phase III clinical trial experience
- Deep knowledge of oncology or respiratory therapeutic areas
- Fluent English with French or Dutch language proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of clinical study processes, ICH-GCP, and local regulations
