Lidl wil de favoriete supermarkt van België en Luxemburg worden. En we zijn goed op weg. Elke 3 weken openen we een nieuwe winkel. Daarom zijn we voortdurend op zoek naar gemotiveerde mensen die al die winkels vlot doen draaien. Kom jij daar mee voor zorgen? Dan krijg je er in één klap meer dan 10.000 collega’s bij!
Wat ga je doen?
- Je neemt de leiding over een hele winkel en een team van een dertigtal collega's.
- Je stuurt je team aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor de werkverdeling.
- Je coacht en motiveert medewerkers zodat ze optimaal presteren en groeien.
- Je bekijkt de winkel door de ogen van een klant en grijpt meteen in als iets beter kan.
- Je zoekt voortdurend naar slimme manieren om de omzet op te krikken.
- Je overlegt geregeld met je district manager over de gang van zaken.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de winkel er altijd pico bello bij ligt.
- Je springt bij waar dat nodig is.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven, bij voorkeur in een winkelomgeving.
- Je weet net als wij dat inzet en doorzettingsvermogen meer waard zijn dan je diploma.
- Je bent een sterke communicator, coach en motivator.
- Je handelt ondernemend en je denkt commercieel.
- Je houdt ervan om klanten te helpen met een brede glimlach en concrete oplossingen.
- Je zet alles op alles om concrete doelstellingen om te zetten in tastbare resultaten.
- Je organiseert alles en iedereen, van je winkel en al het werk tot je processen en je financiën.
- Je vindt het fijn om ook op zaterdag te werken en zo vrije weekdagen te krijgen.
