Key Responsibilities:

• Support the governance, structuring, monitoring, and execution of strategic and transformation projects across the Fibre Cement Platform.
• Coordinate and track a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring transparency, progress visibility, and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior business leaders to drive project management excellence and improve organizational PMO maturity.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to support effective decision-making.
• Support the deployment, adoption, and performance monitoring of the SHINE Commercial Excellence program across regions and business units.
• Conduct pricing analysis and provide insights to support commercial strategy and pricing optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to Catalyx transformation projects focused on commercial activation and process excellence improvements.
• Support commercial excellence initiatives, including installer loyalty programs, customer service enhancements, e-mail-to-case processes, CRM-related projects, and sample management processes.

 

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Engineering with a business focus, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong affinity for Commercial Excellence and Business Transformation initiatives.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
• Experience or exposure to project management, business analytics, business case modeling, and commercial performance analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to bridge departmental gaps and work across diverse teams.
• Structured, organized, and capable of supporting and challenging project managers while driving project management excellence and maturity.
