Consultant·e Logiciels de Comptabilité & Gestion - Belgique

Votre mission
En tant que Consultant·e Support Logiciels de Gestion / ERP , vous accompagnez les entreprises belges et luxembourgeoises dans leur digitalisation.
Votre rôle combine analyse métier, support technique et accompagnement client :
- Assurer le support clients FR/ENG et selon les besoins (diagnostic, dépannage, suivi via ticketing).
- Installer, configurer et paramétrer de nouvelles solutions logicielles .
- Analyser les besoins comptables et proposer les meilleurs paramétrages ERP .
- Former et guider les utilisateurs (webinaires ou accompagnement à distance).
- Collaborer avec les équipes projet et développement pour améliorer les outils.
- Suivre les indicateurs de satisfaction et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.
Profil recherché
- A l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit en ayant une bonne connaissance de l’anglais ?
- Formation ou expérience en comptabilité/back-ground informatique de gestion (fiduciaire, PME ou entreprise).
- Curieux·se, pédagogue et passionné·e par les solutions logicielles de gestion .
- Sens du service client, approche structurée, esprit d’équipe.
- Résilient·e, orienté·e solutions, avec un vrai plaisir à aider et à transmettre.
- Bonus : connaissance de Sage , Horus Software , Odoo ou autres ERP.
