Your mission  

• Sell executive education programmes to companies to equip their leaders with the mind- and skillset to tackle strategic business challenges.
• Grow revenue by upselling clients and acquiring new ones, first in Benelux, France, Germany, and then beyond.
• Coordinate the work of learning designers, professors, innovation consultants, facilitators and admin colleagues to create and pitch impactful learning journeys.
• Build a network of decision-makers to acquire the latest trends and position Vlerick in target international markets.
• Build bridges with Vlerick’s other business units and the broader ecosystem (alums, partners, etc.) to generate new opportunities for the school.
  
  

You

• Have a solid track record in building relationships with CXOs and selling them consultancy and services - a relevant network in Europe would be ideal.
• Have a genuine interest in learning and development and business education (finance, leadership, marketing/sales, operations, strategy and technology).
• Are a creative thinker and deep listener. You communicate fluently in English, and ideally in Dutch or German.
• Are flexible and autonomous to operate with a lot of freedom and autonomy.
• Want to work on our beautiful Brussels, Ghent and/or Leuven campuses, in combination with visiting clients and using your home office.
• Are flexible to join sporadic evening and weekend activities and are willing to travel abroad occasionally.
