Junior Accountant – Accounts Payable

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support the accounts payable function and ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier-related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage documents related to accounts payable .
• Manage the shared mailbox and follow up on supplier queries and payment reminders.
• Prepare monthly reports on suspense accounts, reconciliations, and supplier balances.
• Prepare and process supplier payments.
• Maintain and follow up on accounting files according to established procedures.
• Work with accounting software such as Onea and Venice .
• Participate in training and knowledge development related to Onea and Venice.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken Dutch and French .
• Basic knowledge of Belgian GAAP .
• Knowledge of VAT regulations is a plus.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Onea and Venice .
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Kortenberg, Belgium
• Hybrid: 3 fixed days per week on-site — Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday .
