Customer Care with high level of French

Our client is responsible for helping other companies in the economic sector to sell their outstanding invoices to investors with surplus cash, based in Barcelona.
¿Qué harás?
As a Customer Care with high level of French your key responsibilities will be:
- You will provide assistance via phone/mail/chat to customers by solving simple and complex queries that the customers could have.- You will guide the customers and inform them about the company.
- You will ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained.
¿A quién buscamos?
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a high level of French (C1 level minimum.)- You have a medium level in Spanish (B2)
- You have high communicative skills.
- You have knowledge of MS Office.
- You have administrative skills.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
What we offer:
- Base Salary 21K.- Long Term Contract.
- Ticket Restaurant.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9h - 18h.
