Ben jij iemand die commerciële opportuniteiten ziet nog vóór anderen ze opmerken? Voor een modern, ultravers en ambitieus familiebedrijf in de voedingssector zoeken wij een rasechte Business Developer.
️ Jouw dag als Business Developer
In deze functie combineer je strategie, ondernemerschap en pure commerciële daadkracht. Je bent de sleutelfiguur die de commerciële toekomst van het bedrijf vormgeeft:
- Commerciële groei: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een slimme groeistrategie voor Vlaanderen. Je detecteert proactief nieuwe markten en opent deuren binnen de horeca, foodservice en retail.
- Partnerships uitbouwen: Je ontwikkelt sterke relaties met key accounts en grotere aankoopgroeperingen. Je onderhandelt zelfstandig samenwerkingen van A tot Z.
- Analyse & Advies: Je volgt markttrends en klantbehoeften nauwgezet op. Jouw inzichten vertaal je naar concrete commerciële acties en productpositionering.
- Ambassadeur: Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf met trots op beurzen en netwerkevents. Intern schakel je vlot met de directie, productie en binnendienst om elk succes te bezegelen
Profiel
Wie ben jij?
Jij bent iemand die niet wacht tot kansen zich aandienen, maar ze zelf creëert. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in dit profiel:
- Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen business development, accountmanagement of B2B-sales.
- Je beschikt over een sterk commercieel inzicht en ervaring met netwerken op management- en beslissingsniveau.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de voedingssector, horeca of foodservice.
- Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een grote troef.
- Je bent ondernemend, werkt graag zelfstandig en weet je eigen regio optimaal te organiseren.
- Je combineert een strategische en analytische blik met een gezonde, hands-on mentaliteit.
