Location: Ghent, Belgium

Contract: Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Working Model: On-site role with rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) 2/3 shift schedule: either a fixed night shift from 21:15 to 05:15 (Friday 19:35 to 02:45), or rotating early and late shifts on a weekly basis (05:15–13:15 and 13:15–21:15; on Fridays 05:15–12:25 and 12:25–19:35)

Compensation: €19/hour (approximately €3,300/month) + shift premiums and extra-legal benefits according to Belgian JC 111

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for Shift Leaders to join an international project in the automotive and industrial quality sector, focused on inspection, rework, and supply chain support operations in Ghent, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shift operations related to quality control, inspection, and rework processes.
• Lead teams and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality, and safety.
• Manage operational issues and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading teams in industrial, logistics, or automotive environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes, inspection, and rework.
