Ben jij een service-gerichte IT-professional die op zoek is naar een functie binnen een stabiel bedrijf? Dan kan jij als IT Support aan de slag een toonaangevende gasleverancier gevestigd in Diegem!
Zij zoeken een nieuwe collega die, in tandem met het lokale en centrale IT-team, first-line IT ondersteuning aan verschillende vestigingen zal bieden voor dagelijkse user requests omtrent de Business Applications.
Het takenpakket
Lokaal:
- Eindgebruikers ondersteunen bij de toegang tot de ERP-applicatiesuite. Hiervoor voorzie je ook nodige opleidingen.
- Het gebruik en ontwikkeling van de interne applicaties en de interacties hiertussen beheren.
- Zorgen voor nauwkeurige en gedocumenteerde testen van belangrijke en nieuwe processen voor de hele Benelux-organisatie.
Centraal:
- Analyse, ontwikkeling en testing van nieuwe functionele vereisten
- De data-integriteit waarborgen door een correcte controle van de gebruikersrechten en het onderhoud van de databanken
- Configuratie, uitrol en ondersteuning organiseren van mobiele toestellen
Hierbij respecteer je steeds de regels rond discrete omgang met gebruikers- en klantgegevens binnen de IT-systemen.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een communicatieve collega met een hands-on mentaliteit en:
- Een IT-gerelateerde opleiding en/of ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Wil je bonuspunten scoren? Vermeld dan zeker je ervaring met SQL en MSAccess!

Wat wij jou bieden:
Naast een boeiende functie bij een stabiele, dynamische werkgever bieden we jou het volgende:
- Een voltijdse tewerkstelling met een flexibel uurrooster (opstart tusen 07.30u en 09.00u)
- Een vast contract na een positieve interimperiode
- Een bruto maandloon tussen €2800 en €3900, afhankelijk van je ervaring
