Finance & Administration Officer (tijdelijk)

Omschrijving
- Controleren en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande facturen
- Verantwoordelijk voor facturatie en cash management
- Nakijken en valideren van timesheets van medewerkers en consultants
- Verwerken en opvolgen van onkostennota's
- Beheer en administratieve opvolging van externe consultants
- Opvolging van leveranciers
- Ondersteunen bij provisies, maandafsluitingen en financiële rapportering
- Ondersteunen van forecasting- en budgetprocessen
- Mee waken over een correcte omzet- en kostenregistratie
- Analyseren van gegevens en verbanden leggen tussen verschillende financiële en operationele informatiebronnen
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een diploma of ervaring binnen Finance, Accounting, Bedrijfsbeheer of een gelijkaardige richting
- Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je hebt een goed cijfermatig inzicht en kan verbanden leggen
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel (sterke troef)
- Boekhoudkundig inzicht is een pluspunt
- Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en daarnaast in het Nederlands en/of Frans
- Je bent leergierig, proactief en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op
