We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

 

Your role in BizAway

• FULL CYCLE POSITION: You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
• Research and prospect for new clients in the Belgium market;
• Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints;
• Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.);
• Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract ;
• Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline. Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.
• Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders ;
• Work with the SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop ;
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
• Deliver small-scale implementations, ensuring accounts meet readiness standards and activation criteria

Your basic qualifications

• You have a native level of Flemish + a good level of English (both written and spoken)
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR ;
• “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
• Hunger: You are not afraid of challenges, and you are eager to raise the bar every day.
• Proactivity: You actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
• Flexibility: You are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
