Heb je een passie voor horeca en ben je een natuurlijke leider? Voor een hotel in De Panne zoeken we een gedreven Shift Leader om onze avondservice in goede banen te leiden. Als verantwoordelijke op de vloer zorg je voor een uitstekende service, coach je het team en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten.
Jouw taken
Je start je shift in de namiddag en coördineert de volledige avondservice in het restaurant.
Je werkt actief mee in de zaal en springt bij waar nodig om een vlotte service te garanderen.
Je stuurt het team aan, motiveert je collega's en bent het aanspreekpunt voor gasten bij vragen of klachten.
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, de uitstraling van de zaal en zorgt dat bestellingen tijdig worden doorgegeven.
Je helpt bij de voorbereiding (mise-en-place), de opbouw van evenementen en de algemene organisatie op de werkvloer.

Vereisten:
Je hebt al ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de horeca of hotelsector.
Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook als het druk is in het restaurant.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans om onze gasten en collega's goed te woord te staan.
Je bent flexibel en bereid om te werken in het weekend, tijdens avondshiften, op feestdagen en in de vakanties.
Je bent een echte teamplayer met oog voor orde, hygiëne en detail.

Een voltijds contract (38 uur per week) voor onbepaalde duur in een dynamische werkomgeving.
Een bruto maandloon tussen €2780,38 en €3123,53, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
