Beschrijving van de functie
Op deze post ga je aan de slag als operator. Wat wil dat zeggen?
Dit wil zeggen dat je moet inspelen op diverse alarmen en technische gebreken die mondeling, telefonisch of via mail gemeld worden. Als eerste aanspreekpunt ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verloop van het hele proces: van registratie van de oproep en openen van het ticket over inschakelen van de juiste diensten tot het geven van feedback aan de oproeper en het sluiten van het ticket. Buiten de kantooruren sta je ook in voor het beantwoorden van de parking intercom van diverse parkings op het luchthaven terrein.
Kortom een uitdagende job waarbij je actief deel uitmaakt van de luchthavengemeenschap en waar je soms ook zelf op zoek moet gaan naar manieren om het probleem op te lossen.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een goede mondelinge kennis van Nederlands, Frans & Engels.
- Je hebt een perfecte schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands.
- Je ziet het zitten om een uitgebreid opleidingstraject aan te gaan.
- Je bent bereid vroege/late/nachten en weekends te werken.
- Je bent zowel verbaal als schriftelijk communicatief sterk.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische achtergrond
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief, bent service-minded, discreet en stressbestendig
- Je hebt een goede PC kennis (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...)
