Project Engineer Sanitaire (h/f/x)

En tant que Project Engineer en sanitaire, chez Cegelec, marque du groupe VINCI, vous êtes responsable du développement technique d'un projet de A-Z, en coopération avec le project manager. Vous assurez le lien entre les études techniques et le responsable de chantier. Vous êtes en contact direct avec les fournisseurs ainsi que les bureaux d'études.
Vos tâches et responsabilités:
- Développer un projet en ligne avec les objectifs de l’organisation en coopération d’un Project Manager
- Analyser les besoins du client, les CDC, et proposez les bonnes solutions
- Veiller à ce que le projet soit exécuté de manière efficiente. Vous évaluez de manière régulière si les objectifs fixés sont atteints et adaptez si c’est nécessaire
- Être également constamment à l’affût des opportunités d’apprendre plus de technique
- Surveiller et optimalisez la sécurité sur le chantier de l’exécution à la livraison du projet
Votre profil:
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous avez obtenu un bachelier ou un master technique option techniques spéciales ou toute autre technique proche du sanitaire.
- Le monde du sanitaire vous passionne : et vous disposez de connaissances techniques sanitaires vous permettant par exemple de :
- Comprendre/vérifier ou concevoir/dimensionner des réseaux d’adduction (Réseaux de distribution, boucles ECS, etc….), des réseaux d’évacuation d’eaux fécales (y compris ventilations primaires , secondaires), et d’eaux pluviales (gravitaires ou dépressionnaires), ainsi que des réseaux de protection incendie.
- Dimensionner, sélectionner, des équipements tels que surpresseurs, adoucisseurs, pompes de relevage, pompes de circulation, etc…
- Sur base de CDC pouvoir sélectionner divers équipements tels que robinetteries, accessoires, porcelaines, etc… ainsi que réaliser un comparatif technique et financier .
- Vous aimez travailler en collaboration avec vos collègues
- Vous avez une mentalité « pratique » : être sur le terrain, démarrer quelque chose ou le mettre en service ne vous fait pas peur
- Vous respectez les normes de sécurité parce que vous pensez que c’est important
- La connaissance du néerlandais ou de l’anglais est un plus
