Van ontwerp tot oplevering: jij bent de motor die alles doet draaien!
Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, productie, site managers én externe partners zoals architecten en studiebureaus. Geen dag is dezelfde, en net dat maakt het boeiend.
Wat doe jij precies?
- Je begeleidt bouwkundige projecten van A tot Z: plannen, organiseren, uitvoeren en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Je zorgt voor de juiste materialen, middelen en mensen op het juiste moment.
- Je waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid, deadlines en budgetten.
- Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en interne teams.

Wat zoeken we?
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie achter de rug.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
- Uitstekende kennis Nederlands.
- Je communiceert helder, denkt in oplossingen en houdt van structuur.
Wat bieden we?
- Vast contract van onbepaalde duur.
- Bruto maandloon van €3300 - €5000, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
- Maandelijkse netto vergoeding van €125.
- Firmawagen met laadkaart.
- Maaltijdcheques (€7/dag).
- Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering.
- 32 verlofdagen (geen verplichte opname tijdens bouwverlof!).
- CAO90- en individuele bonusregeling.
