Inside Sales Officer

Als Inside Sales Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een groot aantal klanten (tankstations) en hebt te maken met een hoge werkdruk en een wisselende workload, veroorzaakt door voortdurende veranderingen en omstandigheden. Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Market Manager en de samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen (zoals Finance, Technische Operaties, B2B Mobility, Market Development) en stakeholders in Shared Service Centers is essentieel om je taken succesvol uit te voeren. Je moet snel kunnen schakelen, prioriteiten stellen en oplossingsgericht werken in een dynamische en soms onvoorspelbare context. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Inside Sales Officer:
Overzien van meerdere verkoopsectoren (CODO en DODO) en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor onze B2B-klanten;Beantwoordt de vragen van de klanten en lost hun problemen op en coördineert hiervoor met andere diensten;Beheren van contracten en addenda, verwerken van commerciële en contractuele gegevens in SAP en SIM;Oplossen van facturatieproblemen (creditnota's, debetnota's, herfacturatie, enz.);Initiëren en opvolgen van procedures bij opening/sluiting van verkooppunten of bij wissels van uitbaters;Communicatie metStations: opvolging en implementatie van de afgesproken voorwaardenExterne partijen voor de correcte opvolging van het contractAfstemming met andere afdelingen van de lokale business unit en de verschillende stakeholders in de Shared Service CentersBehandelen en opvolgen van klachten in SalesForce;Actieve deelname aan projecten;Actieve deelname aan de voorbereiding en presentatie van de van jaarlijkse Business Reviews, samen met de Sales Market Manager;Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van actieplannen uit NFT-meetings en Business Reviews;Uitvoeren van 2 safety tours per jaar en opvolgen van verbeteringen;Analyseren van afwijkingen in wetstock controle;Verbeteren en vereenvoudigen van processen en workflows waar mogelijk
Je werkt hiervoor met volgende tools : Microsoft Office, SAP, SIM, SMC/Neftis, OASE OnePortal, Colibri, CK360, SalesForce.
Het ideale profiel als Inside Sales Officer:Bachelor of Masterdiploma;Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een administratieve, klantgerichte functie;Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans, goede kennis van Engels is een plus;Zeer goede kennis van MS Office, kennis van SAP en Salesforce is een plus;Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig;Teamplayer met analytisch inzicht, zin voor initiatief, autonoom en proactief;Affiniteit met cijfers
