Wat doet een Technical Sales Advisor bij ons?
Als Technical Sales Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten in de regio Grimbergen. Jij luistert actief, adviseert deskundig en vertaalt elke klantvraag naar een technisch en commercieel voorstel op maat.
Je ondersteunt klanten van offerte tot aflevering en werkt nauw samen met operations voor de realisatie van wageninrichtingen en voertuigbelettering. Daarnaast zorg je voor een gezonde instroom van nieuwe klanten via gerichte prospectie en marktanalyse.
Jouw takenpakket:
Klanten adviseren over wageninrichting & belettering
Opstellen van offertes, prijsberekeningen en technische fiches
Tekenen van Aluca inrichtingen met bijhorende documentatie
Opvolging van lopende offertes en projecten
Marktanalyse & strategische accountplanning
Actieve prospectie en relatiebeheer
Onderhandeling over offertes & projectdetails
Nauw contact met operations voor planning & uitvoering
Administratieve opvolging (contracten, bestellingen, targets)

Je hebt een technische achtergrond (school of ervaring)
Ervaring in sales of klantencontact is een must
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands én Frans
Klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig
Je hebt een passie voor automotive en oog voor detail
Je werkt georganiseerd en communiceert vlot
Flexibel in werkuren, hands-on ingesteld
