As a Business Controller within our Contract Logistics team, you play a key role in overseeing the financial management and controlling of a full site. You act as a trusted financial partner to site management, supporting decision-making through clear and data-driven insights. By translating financial data into actionable recommendations, you actively drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth. You report directly to the National Controller Contract Logistics. 

How you create impact

• Partner with site management to provide financial and operational insights that support decision-making 
• Drive performance improvement initiatives by identifying risks and opportunities 
• Analyse and challenge customer contracts, pricing models, and business cases 
• Lead monthly closing, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes 
• Validate the financial impact of operational changes and investments 
• Support strategic projects, including commercial proposals and investment analysis 

What we would like you to bring

• Relevant experience in Finance / Controlling, ideally in a business-facing role 
• Ideally a good understanding of logistics cost structures, KPIs, and operational drivers 
• Ability to act as a trusted business partner, confidently challenging stakeholders and decisions 
• Combination of analytical thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach 
• Capability to translate complex financial topics into clear, structured insights and recommendations 
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and comfort working in dynamic, international environments
