Als Reliability Engineer ben jij dé expert die de betrouwbaarheid en de efficiëntie van machines waarborgt. Je ondersteunt operationele teams bij het verbeteren van methodes en processen om onderhoudswerkzaakheden betrouwbaarder en beter te organiseren. Met je data-inzichten en hands-on aanpak draag je actief bij aan het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van installaties.

Jouw taken:
- Oorzaken van storingen en machine-onbetrouwbaarheid onderzoeken aan de hand van audits
- Ontwikkelen, schrijven en optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen en verbeterprojecten rond methode, techniek, organisatie en veiligheid
- Onderhoudstaken ingeven in het CMMS-systeem (bijvoorbeeld bij opstart van een nieuw onderhoudscontract)
- Stockbeheer
- CMMS-data en exploitatiegegevens analyseren, interpreteren en rapporteren aan interne stakeholders en klanten
- Tools en macro’s ontwikkelen voor diepgaandere analyse en het beheer hiervan voor continue verbetering en digitalisering
- Enkele voorbeelden: 5S, AMDEC (FMEA), PDCA
Wat wij van jou vragen:
Onze ideale kandidaat heeft:
- Een technische Master diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met dataverwerking
- Goede kennis van Excel en Word (computerkennis vereist) en is bekend met onderhoudsmanagementsystemen (CMMS)
- Affiniteit met kwaliteits- en milieunormen
- Sterke taalvaardigheid in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Ervaring met onderhouds- of reliability engineering is een plus!
