Binnen de context van de energietransitie wordt sterk ingezet op innovatieve oplossingen rond waterstof, biomethaan en andere koolstofarme energiedragers. Voor één van de interne productteams zoeken we een ICT Analyst die mee vorm geeft aan digitale oplossingen ter ondersteuning van commerciële processen en gas flow planning. Je komt terecht in een cross-functioneel Agile productteam en speelt een sleutelrol in de volledige product lifecycle: van analyse en functioneel ontwerp tot testing, user support en continue verbetering van de applicaties. Jobomschrijving Als ICT Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van businessbehoeften en het vertalen ervan naar efficiënte functionele oplossingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Business- en klantennoden analyseren en vertalen naar functionele oplossingen Workshops en interviews organiseren met stakeholders Requirements modelleren via UML/BPMN en afstemmen op de bestaande architectuur Samenwerken met developers en andere teamleden om user stories uit te werken Ondersteunen bij sprint planning, backlog refinement en andere Agile ceremonies Functionele testen uitvoeren en ondersteuning bieden tijdens UAT Demo's, trainingen en documentatie voorzien voor eindgebruikers Production issues en service requests opvolgen Verbeteringen voorstellen rond processen, werking en productkwaliteit Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en continue optimalisatie binnen het team Profiel Wij zoeken een kandidaat met een sterke analytische mindset en ervaring binnen Agile softwareomgevingen. Must-have skills Ervaring in functionele/business analyse Ervaring binnen Agile methodologieën (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS of gelijkaardig) Goede kennis van UML en BPMN Goede kennis van SQL en relationele databanken Ervaring met tools zoals: Sparx Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Azure DevOps of Jira Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Ervaring binnen cross-functionele teams Zeer goede kennis Engels Goede kennis Nederlands of Frans Nice-to-have Ervaring binnen de energiesector Kennis van gas flow management processen Ervaring met B2B messaging of klantgerichte platformen Soft skills Analytisch en probleemoplossend xbpgvfh ingesteld Proactief en leergierig Teamplayer met sterke communicatieve skills Flexibel en kwaliteitsgericht Verantwoordelijkheidszin en ownership mindset Opleiding Bachelor of Master in Informatica, Engineering, Business of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Aanbod What's in it for you?
