À la Banque nationale de Belgique (BNB) le département Gestion des micro-données centralise la collecte et la validation des micro-données pour la Banque. Au sein du département, le service Data Systems and Exchange est chargé de la diffusion des données et de la mise à disposition d'outils appropriés.
La division Systems & support est responsable du déploiement et de la mise en ouvre des outils. Elle assure le lien entre les entités opérationnelles et l'IT, assure le support utilisateur des outils de collecte et de validation et gère les accès aux applications et aux données. Elle veille à l'amélioration continue des services et coordonne la documentation technique.
La section Support résout les problèmes liés aux applications au quotidien, participe aux tests des nouvelles applications, gère les accès nécessaires et soutient les business analystes du département dans leurs fonctions. C'est dans cette section que nous recherchons un Business IT Correspondent.
- vous suivez les problèmes liés aux applications utilisées dans le département telles que CBSO, CAP, BECRIS, ITGS, FDI, OneGate, MDM, . et les webservices associés
- vous gérez les accès informatiques pour le département
- vous pouvez, de manière indépendante, mettre en place des solutions sur des mini-projets via Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks, .
- vous pouvez suivre une procédure de test d'application et donner du feedback
- vous aidez au développement et à la maintenance de la documentation des applications.
Profil
- vous avez de préférence un diplôme de bachelier en informatique ou similaire
- vous êtes consciencieux(se) dans l'exécution des tâches et des procédures et vous respectez les délais
- vous aimez travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
- la connaissance de Power BI, Jira, Confluence, XML, Databricks et SQL est un atout
- vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais (niveau B2) et vous avez une connaissance intermédiaire de l'anglais (niveau B1).
Cette fonction junior s'adresse à des candidats disposant d'une expérience professionnelle pertinente de maximum 2 ans.
