Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you will support the successful delivery of technology services across multiple client engagements. Working closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams, you will help ensure engagements run smoothly through effective coordination, governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-5+ years of experience looking to take the next step in their delivery career. With a strong understanding of technology environments, you'll support client engagements through delivery coordination, governance, consultant care, risk tracking, operational reporting, and customer relationship management. This is not a senior Delivery Manager or Programme Manager position, but an excellent opportunity to build a future career in Delivery or Engagement Management.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the successful delivery of multiple client engagements by coordinating stakeholders, consultants, customers, and delivery teams. Monitor project progress, governance, risks, reporting, and financial performance while ensuring strong customer relationships, consultant engagement, and delivery against agreed objectives and contractual commitments. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, facilitate issue resolution, maintain project documentation, and contribute to business growth through identifying opportunities within existing client accounts.

Key Skills

Strong delivery coordination and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience in customer relationship management, consultant engagement, project support, governance, risk management, and service delivery reporting. Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and support Agile delivery, financial reporting, and operational processes.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 2-5 years of experience within a technology-focused environment. Native-level or fluent French and English are essential. Strong understanding of IT environments, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience working with technical teams, stakeholder management, governance, reporting, risk management, and project delivery support, combined with a customer-first mindset and strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Preferred Experience

Experience within IT Professional Services, Consulting, Managed Services, or similar technology environments, with exposure to Agile delivery frameworks and project or service delivery support. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, enterprise customer environments, and certifications including Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
