Voor het Irish College Leuven — een vzw met 59 kamers, een auditorium en acht vergaderzalen — zoeken wij een gedreven Facilities Coordinator voor een voltijdse, vaste functie. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Chief Executive en combineer je veel zelfstandigheid met een dagelijkse afstemming binnen een compact team. Vanwege het levendige aanbod aan evenementen en overnachtingen spring je waar nodig ook 's avonds of in het weekend vlot bij.
Op deze levendige locatie stem je de facilitaire ondersteuning soepel af op alle geplande activiteiten en overnachtingen. Je schakelt vlot tussen het Nederlands en het Engels om internationale gasten en externe partners professioneel te woord te staan. Bovendien spring je proactief en oplossingsgericht in wanneer er zich onverwachte technische en praktische uitdagingen voordoen. The Irish College Leuven — a non-profit organization featuring 59 guest rooms, an auditorium, and eight meeting rooms — is seeking a driven Facilities Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Executive, combining a high degree of autonomy with daily alignment within a compact team. Given our vibrant schedule of events and overnight stays, you readily step in during evenings or weekends when needed.
At this lively venue, you smoothly adapt facilities support to match all scheduled activities and stays. You switch effortlessly between Dutch and English to communicate professionally with international guests and external partners. Additionally, you respond proactively and in a solution-oriented manner whenever unexpected technical or practical challenges arise.
