Als Supervisor wordt jij de motor achter de verbetering van de spuitgietafdelingen . Je staat in voor de analyse van de processen, doelgerichte KPI's en begeleidt je team naar topresultaten.
- Analyseren van bestaande productieprocessen en data helder in kaart brengen
- Bepalen van gerichte KPI's
- Voortouw nemen in procesoptimalisatie & inzetten op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Nauw samenwerken met engineering rond automatisatie en technische verbeteringen
- Overleggen met andere supervisors om vlotte en rendabele productieflow te garanderen
- Inspireren en begeleiden van het team in hun groei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling
- Aanspreekpunt voor de teamleader en ondersteunt hem actief in de dagelijkse aansturing
- Waken over veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Vereisten
- Bachelor of master in een technische richting (bv. Industrieel ingenieur, bachelor kunsstofverwerking ...) OF gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Gedreven door het optimaliseren van processen en implementeren van vernieuwingen
- Analytisch, organisatorisch en planmatig
- Mensgerichte aanpak
- Resultaatgericht met een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin

- Professionele bachelor
- Master
