Technical Lead .NET
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead .NET to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development. You will guide the development team, design scalable and secure solutions, and ensure technical quality across applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor .NET developers and provide technical guidance.
- Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Remain hands-on with coding, feature development, and bug fixing.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, project managers, and Infrastructure & Operations teams.
- Evaluate and introduce technologies aligned with business and architectural objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Technical Lead / Senior .NET Developer .
- Extensive knowledge of .NET technologies and software architecture .
- Strong hands-on development and system design experience.
- Experience with code reviews, performance optimization, security, and technical documentation.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Dutch or French at C2 level and English at C1 level .
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work arrangement: Hybrid
