Hoe ziet jouw uitdaging er uit?
Onder de hiërarchische leiding en verantwoordelijkheid van de Supervisor leiden, begeleiden en coördineren van de magazijnmedewerkers met als doel de processen efficiënt te laten verlopen, in overeenstemming met de vooropgestelde richtlijnen.
Je werkdag start om 7u/13u.
Uurrooster:
van 7u tot 15u15 (vrijdag tot 15u30)
en van 13u tot 21y15 (vrijdag tot 21u30) inclusief pauze
Wat zijn jouw voornaamste taken?
•Coördineren , begeleiden en motiveren van de huidige
magazijnmedewerkers
•Opva
ng en opleiding van nieuwe magazijnmedewerkers
•Dagelijks aanpassen en optimaliseren van de indeling van de
magazijnmedewerkers, op basis van wisselende volumes en eventuele
afwezigheden
•Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de magazijnmedewerkers voor wat betreft het opruimen van de loods.
•Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de magazijnmedewerkers voor wat betreft het correct verwerken van beschadigde goederen.
•Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de magazijnmedewerkers voor wat betreft het correct verwerken van blinde goederen.
•Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de magazijnmedewerkers voor wat betreft het correct verwerken van repair goederen.
• Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de magazijnmedewerkers voor wat betreft het correct verwerken van geweigerde goederen.
•Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de magazijnmedewerkers voor wat betreft het correct verwerken van terugkomende goederen aan de inslag.
•Bijspringen waar nodig.
•Opmaken van CMR’s
•Zorgen voor veiligheid & milieu
•Werken met de systemen FLOW, IRS, AS400
•In afwezigheid van de supervisor opmaken van de WTH-planning.

afhankelijk van ancienniteit is dit bruto tussen €3297,57 (0jaar) tot €4798,83 (45jaar)
