Vos responsabilités
- Assurer la gestion des appels de première ligne (téléphone, email) et communiquer efficacement avec des utilisateurs.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques avec un bon esprit d'analyse et de réflexion
- Préparer, configurer et déployer les postes de travail (PC, tablettes, téléphones)
- Maintenir et optimiser le parc informatique (postes, mise à jour, licences, sécurité,.)
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures IT
- Accompagner et former les utilisateurs sur les outils et bonnes pratiques IT
Profil
- Connaissance du français (lu/écrit/parlé) - la maîtrise du néerlandais est un atout
- Notion de réseau et support technique
- Excellentes compétences en communication et pédagogie auprès des utilisateurs
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Sens du service, autonomie et esprit d'équipe
- Sens de l'analyse, de l'organisation et des responsabilités
- Rigueur et précision
- Respect des délais

- Fait preuve d'autonomie
