Wij gaan op zoek naar een Sales manager met de focus op Wallonië. Het bedrijf is internationaal actief in duurzame facilitaire en hygiëneoplossingen. Je krijgt de leiding over een ervaren team van Key Account Managers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor grote en strategische klanten. Je bent zelf echter niet vies van zelf de field in the gaan en je eigen klanten mee te behandelen (in evenwicht met je leidinggevende positie).
- Aansturen en coachen van een team Key Account Managers.
- Vertalen van de commerciële strategie naar duidelijke doelstellingen.
- Begeleiden van het team bij klantbeheer, groei en new business.
- Mee op klantenbezoek gaan en commerciële gesprekken coachen.
- Opvolgen van resultaten, KPI's, forecasts en actieplannen.
- Individuele gesprekken voeren rond prestaties en ontwikkeling.
- Samenwerken met Customer Care, Service en andere commerciële teams.
- Rapporteren aan de Sales Director.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen B2B-sales of commerciële dienstverlening.
- Vlotte kennis van Engels én Frans.
- Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van een salesteam.
- Commercieel sterk en tegelijk een echte people manager.
- Resultaatgericht zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen.
- Analytisch en organisatorisch sterk.
- Comfortabel met KPI's, forecasts en commerciële doelstellingen.
- Aantrekkelijk vast salaris afgestemd op jouw ervaring.
