Senior Accountant - Fidence Group - Luxembourg

Fidence Group, with its different entities in Luxembourg and abroad, is a growing global service provider of corporate solutions. We provide a broad range of accounting, administrative, corporate secretarial, tax and support services to corporate, institutional, but also high-net-worth clients around the world. Fidence Group has several business units, each of them under the responsibility of a Business Unit Leader. Under the supervision of the Deputy Head of Business Unit, in your role as Senior - Accountant, you will perform, without being exhaustive, the following missions: Your team & role •You will be entrusted with the day-to-day bookkeeping and have to produce and/or review the preparation of the annual accounts •Be responsible for asset accounting and incoming and outgoing invoices •Prepare reports for periodic closings and annual financial statements •Support the reporting process under Lux GAAP •Be a client contact for reports, reconciliation of accounts and assist on audit •Prepare periodic and annual VAT and direct tax returns •Be involved in the review and training of team members if needed YOUR PROFILE: •You have a degree in accounting (minimum Bac +3) •4-6 years of working experience in a similar position preferably in Luxembourg in a fiduciary environment or trust environment •German fluent mandatory. Any other languages are considered a plus (English or French) •You have good knowledge of Lux GAAP and expertise in Bob 50 •You have knowledge with consolidation and IFRS practice •You have already gathered experience in tax compliance matters (VAT and CIT) •Knowledge of legal administration tasks is seen as an asset •Consider team spirit to be of major benefit to yourself and your colleagues •Appreciate working in a team as well as individually WHAT WE OFFER: -satelite office in Mertert and city center -salary p...
