Your Role
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you are the main point of contact for independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups within your territory. Your mission is to develop and strengthen the presence of our brands by actively prospecting, building strong relationships, and maximizing visibility in pharmacies. ⚠️ No medical visits: your focus is exclusively on pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and identify new partner pharmacies within your territory (West Flanders and a large part of East Flanders)
- Develop and retain a portfolio of pharmacies and pharmacy groups
- Negotiate commercial agreements and implement tailored business conditions
- Train pharmacy teams on our products, sales protocols and Eco-Biology philosophy
- Ensure optimal product visibility: merchandising, shelf positioning and in-store materials
- Organize commercial activities: in-store animations, client events, product training sessions
- Achieve sales and territory development targets
- Ensure administrative follow-up and reporting through our internal CRM tool (Naos Force)
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with brand strategies
Mandatory requirements
- Strong negotiation and field sales skills, assertive and results-oriented, with the ability to regularly identify and follow up on business opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing and communicative personality, self-motivated, dynamic, highly organized, and analytical.
- Valid Category B driving license.
- At least 2 years of experience in a field sales role or in an animation/promotional role within the beauty, skincare, or dermo-cosmetics sector.
- French at B1/B2 level and English at B1/B2 level.
- Higher education; field sales experience is a strong plus
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic sector
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to open new accounts and generate business opportunities
- Assertive, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, able to quickly build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Autonomous, dynamic, and highly organized
- Good knowledge of the territory (West Flanders and a large part of East Flanders.)
- Valid driving license (Category B) required
