Als Buyer maak je deel uit van het aankoopteam en combineer je operationele verantwoordelijkheid met strategische groei.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Group Purchase Manager en bouwt mee aan een professioneel, gecentraliseerd aankoopbeleid.
• Aankoop van productgroepen beheren — Je optimaliseert jouw leveranciersportfolio en zorgt voor betrouwbare, kwalitatieve en kostenefficiënte aankopen.
• Leveranciersrelaties uitbouwen — Je onderhoudt sterke partnerships en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers om marktconforme deals te realiseren.
• Markttrends & prijsevoluties opvolgen — Je analyseert evoluties en vertaalt deze naar tactische aankoopbeslissingen.
• Onderhandelen over prijs, kwaliteit & service — Je gaat voor de beste voorwaarden en duurzame samenwerkingen.
• Inkoopprocessen optimaliseren — Je denkt kritisch mee over efficiëntie, kostenbeheersing en procesverbetering.
• Samenwerken met interne stakeholders — Je stemt aankoopnoden af met productie, R&D en technische diensten zodat alles perfect aansluit.
• Strategische groei opnemen — Je krijgt je de kans om stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en door te groeien naar een strategische aankooprol.
Profiel
Must haves
• Eerste ervaring in aankoop binnen een productieomgeving
• Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
• Analytisch sterk , gestructureerd en resultaatgericht
• Assertief, commercieel en comfortabel met onderhandelen
• Proactieve mindset en efficiënte werkstijl
• Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
• Vlot Nederlands en Engels, Duits en Frans zijn een plus
Nice to haves
• Ervaring met leveranciersselectie en contractonderhandelingen
• Affiniteit met productieprocessen of technische omgevingen
• Interesse in strategische aankoopontwikkeling
