System & Support Engineer

Voor een toonaangevende, internationale speler binnen de productiesector (FMCG) zoeken wij een allround System & Support Engineer voor de vestiging in de regio Kontich. In deze rol sla je de brug tussen de dagelijkse kantoorautomatisering en de kritieke IT-processen op de productievloer.
FunctieomschrijvingJouw takenpakket
- Je biedt hands-on 1e- en 2e-lijns IT-support aan zowel kantoor- als productiepersoneel en fungeert als het vaste lokale aanspreekpunt.
- Je beheert de volledige werkplekomgeving, inclusief hardware, randapparatuur en Microsoft 365 applicaties.
- Je staat in voor het basisonderhoud en de optimalisatie van de infrastructuur, waaronder Windows- en VMware-servers en het lokale netwerk (LAN, WAN, WiFi).
- Je garandeert de stabiliteit van productiegerelateerde IT-systemen (shopfloor IT).
- Bij complexe incidenten of grotere projecten coördineer je de werkzaamheden met externe IT-partners.
Jouw profiel
- Je beschikt over aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare hybride rol (L1/L2 support gecombineerd met basis infrastructuurbeheer).
- Ervaring binnen een productie- of logistieke omgeving is een absolute vereiste om de dynamiek van shopfloor IT te begrijpen.
- Je hebt een gedegen kennis van Windows-omgevingen, MS365 en VMware.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent bereid om standaard vanuit regio Kontich te werken, met wekelijks 1 vaste werkdag vanuit de vestiging in Breda (Nederland)
